A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Amber chose to pursue her certification after years of turning to yoga while raising a busy family and building multiple companies. She went on to create the kind of platform she wished existed — one that is effective, accessible, and designed to fit into full, demanding lives.
With a background in distance running, including multiple half marathons, and a consistent commitment to strength training, Amber’s perspective is grounded in longevity, consistency, and balance. Students connect to a practice that feels realistic, sustainable, and strong.

Karen Pearson
Life is a pace, not a race
Karen teaches with a calm, alignment-focused approach that encourages students to move with intention and confidence. Her classes create a supportive environment where students can challenge themselves while honoring where they are in their practice.
A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and Certified Personal Trainer, Karen’s training follows the Ghosh lineage of Hatha yoga with an emphasis on proper alignment, injury prevention, and mindful strength.
Karen’s own fitness journey began later in life after a heart health scare at age 46. That experience shaped her passion for helping others rebuild strength and confidence at every stage of life.

Keyana Johnson

Keyana teaches with a steady, grounded presence that blends athletic flow with breath-led movement. Her classes challenge the body while maintaining focus on alignment and control.
With a background in weight training, running, and cardio conditioning, Keyana builds endurance and core strength while keeping movement mindful and purposeful. Her sequences balance effort with recovery to create a well-rounded practice.

Leanna Pickens
The body achieves what the mind believes
Leanna teaches with the authority and precision of a lifelong athlete and coach. Her classes are structured, motivating, and performance-driven, designed to build resilience in both body and mind.
With over 30 years in the fitness industry, Leanna’s background spans personal training, Pilates, endurance coaching, and specialized work with diverse populations. She is also a sponsored triathlete, three-time Boston Marathon finisher, four-time Ironman competitor, and Olympic-distance 5150 triathlon qualifier.
Students can expect clear instruction, purposeful challenge, and the confidence that comes from accomplishing more than they thought possible.

Serena Koo

Serena is a Los Angeles–based yoga instructor, artist, and performer who brings creativity and presence into every class. Her teaching blends breath-led flow with strength and intentional movement, creating a practice that feels both energizing and grounding.
A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with additional advanced training, Serena draws from a background in dance and performance. Her experience in skateboarding and snowboarding has also shaped her understanding of balance, mobility, strength, and athleticism across different movement disciplines.

A 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), and Certified Personal Trainer, Stevie integrates precision and intelligent sequencing into every class. Her background in strength training allows her to guide students through challenging but sustainable movement.

Tanya Bergstrom

Tanya teaches with a strong, intentional approach rooted in powerful vinyasa flow and disciplined movement. Her classes are structured and energizing, designed to challenge both the body and the mind while building lasting strength.
A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) teaching since 2013, Tanya has led multiple teacher trainings and managed two yoga studios. Her experience across formats, combined with a background in triathlons and endurance racing, shapes her focus on consistency, mental resilience, and pushing beyond perceived limits.
Tanya believes yoga is not about achieving the perfect posture, but about the process of growth that happens along the way. She encourages students to stay present, trust the work, and discover what they’re capable of through disciplined, focused movement.

Victoria is a Los Angeles–based yoga instructor who teaches with a calm, alignment-focused approach rooted in slow, intentional movement. Her classes emphasize grounding, clarity, and building strength with softness — creating space for both physical awareness and emotional regulation.
Trained in restorative yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, Victoria’s teaching is influenced by principles of functional movement and therapeutic care. She guides students with clear, descriptive instruction, allowing time to fully sense the body, refine alignment, and move with greater understanding.
Victoria was drawn to yoga through the profound connection it creates between body and mind. Having not grown up with a physical practice, discovering this awareness was transformative and continues to shape the way she teaches and lives.
